Here’s how to organise your inbox to keep track of client emails easily:
Create a folder or label for each client.
Set up filters to automatically move emails from each client into their designated folder.
Flag or star emails that require action. You can also use a “Follow-Up” folder for emails you need to revisit later.
Dedicate a specific time each day to process your inbox. File, reply, or flag emails at this time so your inbox stays organised and manageable. As you process, add tasks to your To Do list or block out time in your calendar to take care of them.
