Start at the VERY beginning, with who you’re talking to and how you talk to them.

Your content should feel like a personal conversation the person who really needs what you offer.

Don’t speak to your thousands of followers.

Speak to just one.

Show them you understand what they’re currently struggling with or working on.

Give them examples of when you went through similar struggles, what you learned, and what you did to turn it all around.

Share what it’s like for you and your clients now that that problem isn’t a problem anymore.

Invite them to join you and experience the same positive transformation.

Trust makes sales, and it’s the personal, direct connection that builds trust and creates confidence that you’re the right person to help.

You’ll get much better results when you stop thinking of your content as writing for an audience, and start thinking of it like you’re building a relationship. The more you nurture that relationship by speaking directly to your ideal customer, the more likely they are to say “Yes, this is for me!”
